This engagement shoot was part of a mentor session with Kelly MacDonald of Kelly MacDonald Photography. I loved watching Kelly work and let her lead the way as I snapped a few photos of my own. It helped that Michelle and Drew were a super easy going couple and very relaxed. I was amazed at Kelly’s calm nature and by her ability to just let “things” happen. I learned so much from just watching Kelly work and my confidence is growing daily! I am no longer afraid to shoot in the sun and now embrace the light!
